PLEASE READ: it’s been brought to my attention that there are some serious quality issues with reman Taurus calipers. Some guys have had them leak, drag or even lock while on track or had them drag after setting parking brake. Due to this, I would recommend to not use Taurus calipers at this time due to potential risk of rear brake lockup. I am not aware of issues with standard 38mm calipers at this time.

DISCLAIMER: These calipers are not an "upgrade" in the sense that slapping them on a stock SN95 cobra setup will give you better braking. This is meant to be a supplement to a more powerful front brake setup beyond the performance of your typical Cobra 13" brake upgrade. Adding more rear bias may not be the best option in most cases so please do your own research and due diligence when determining if you should run these larger rear calipers. More rear brake can cause the vehicle to become heavily rear bias and lead to premature rear lock up and loss of control. Proceed at your own risk.

Do NOT run these 43mm calipers with standard cobra stock 13” brakes. Stick with standard 38mm calipers.

These 43mm calipers are equipped on:
93-07 Taurus
93-02 Continental
93-06 Sable

Cobra pad abutments: Cardone 14-1042
