Vadhya Milan is a project curated by Veena Venkatramani, a veena artiste.

The project, which is one-of-a-kind, aims to explore the collaboration possibilities between the carnatic instrument - Veena - and other instruments, across the 10 days of Navarathri. Through this project, Veena has brought together 15 other artistes, from across India, and a total of 12 musical instruments, comprising both Carnatic and Hindustani instruments.

Today's video, on Day 2 of Navarathri, brings together the Veena on the Veena, along with senior artistes on the mrdangam, ghatam and khanjira.

As a dedication to Lord Shiva, this video features the kriti Ananda natam aduvar - Purvikalyani - Rupakam - composed by Neelakantha Sivan.
