The man who committed this crime has already committed a simillar murder in a similar way. In 2019, he strangled and dismembered an 18-year-old girl. Then he was arrested and imprisoned for 14 years. But Vladimir Putin and the war in Ukraine helped the killer to be free.

In this video we are telling the story of a brutal murder committed by a criminal pardoned for his participation in the war. It is a new episode of True Crime about the terrible Russian reality.
