After my last video on my favourite Well-Ageing Essentials, many of you were asking how I would incorporate these in a skincare routine. So I'm sharing with you as simply as I can how I combine, alternate and layer my actives. Please take note that these are suggestions only that may or may not work for your skin. For beginners, always start conservatively. I tend to follow my "skintuition" so sometimes there will be variations to this sequence, and that's ok! Skincare shouldn't be legalistic! And remember, you don't need to use everything! Enjoy, my skin squad!
