Cumi ukuran sedang 1 kg
Tahu besar 1 buah 400 gram
Telur 1 butir
Merica bubuk 1/2 sdm
Garam secukupnya
Daun bawang 1 batang
Beberapa tusukan lidi

BUMBU UNTUK MEMASAK CUMI
Bawang merah besar 3 siung
Bawang putih besar 4 siung
Kunyit bubuk 1/2 sdm
Daun salam 3 lembar
Daun jeruk 4 lembar
Serai 1 batang
Tomat merah 1 buah
Cabe rawit nerah 15 buah (atau secukupnya)
Cabe hijau 3 buah
Jahe 2 cm
Garam secukupnya
Santan 400 cc
Air secukupnya
Minyak goreng secukupnya
