9. Ambi Fade Cream- If you have dark spots inbetween your thighs or under your bottom and neck of thighs, elbows or knees look into this cream or any face cream you prefer. Use daily!

10. A+D ointment- This is perfect to use if you have a heat rash downstairs, yeast infection irritation, razor irritation below and even/ especially for soreness and tears after intimacy.

13. Men’s deodorant- if you sweat excessively you aren’t Alone sis! Try a men’s deodorant! I like to use old spice and often toggle between Bearglove and Wolfthorn but you can choose whatever smells good and works well with your body!
* Don’t forget to use a little scrub every now and then to strip your pits of the Deoderant! Be gentle!!!*
