4 ingredients and 3 steps away from some silky, smooth Coconut Jelly (椰汁榚) that just melts in your mouth 🤤. This wiggly jiggly dessert was one of my childhood favourites when my family and I would go yum cha every week.

INGREDIENTS:
• 400ml coconut milk (1 can)
• 50ml milk
• 25g sugar (or more to taste)
• 1 Tbsp gelatine
• (Pinch salt – optional)
1) Mix everything together and heat on low until everything is dissolved
2) Cool until room temperature and strain into container
3) Chill in fridge. DONE!
