Here are the ingredients of this recipe:

TAGLIATELLE BOLOGNESE

400g tagliatelle or other dried pasta
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup finely chopped celery
2 cloves garlic (minced)
400g ground pork or beef
100g bacon (or use all pork or beef)
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cans (800g) chopped tomatoes
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup red wine
1 cup whole milk
Olive oil for cooking
Grated Parmmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish
