Pigs in blankets are such a good little food to have at Christmas time - but it can also be a fun part of your breakfast all year around! Making them yourself means you know what's in them and you can avoid the fillers used in commercially made sausage meat.
INGREDIENTS

- 500g pork mince
- Half finely chopped onion
- 3 grams (1 Tbsp) dried sage
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp Fresh ground pepper
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Egg
- 12 slices bacon
