In this video, I'm sharing my 10 days Vipassana Meditation Experience that i did in Mid September 2022 in Vaishali, Bihar. All these are from my Personal Experience and may vary from someone else's experience. I hope this video will help other people to understand more about Vipassana and about Vipassana Meditation Centre and the facilities that you will get there. Thank you very much! What is Vipassana Meditation?

Vipassana is a meditation technique that was originally taught by the Buddha over 2500 years ago. This technique had been preserved in it's purest form in Burma ( Myanmar ) and was only taught to monks until a few decades ago. Over the last century, Sayagyi U Ba Khin and then his disciple S. N. Goenka ji started teaching this technique to the general public in India and the Rest of the World.

Today, Vipassana courses are taught at 341 locations in 94 Countries. The technique of Vipassana Meditation is taught at ten-day residential courses during which participants learn the basics of the method, and practice sufficiently to experience its beneficial results. There are no charges for the courses - not even to cover the cost of food and accommodation. All expenses are met by donations from people who, having completed a course and experienced the benefits of Vipassana, wish to give others the opportunity to also benefit.

The course consists of three types of Meditation:

* Anapana Meditation: This is the technique that you will be practicing for the first 3 days, it's a variation of breath focus meditation.

* Vipassana Meditation: This the technique that you will be practicing from the 4th to the final day, it's a variation of body awareness meditation. Each day you will get new instructions that you must follow to experience the subtleties of the sensations in your body.

* Metta Meditation: This is the technique that you will be practicing on the 10th and 11th day ( morning ), it is a variation of Loving, Kindness, Mindful Meditation.
