A popular British breakfast food is quite simply "Beans on Toast" and the popular beans they use is made by Heinz served on regular toast. I have re-invented this dish in my American version using Busch Baked Beans and served on top of a toasted English Muffin. Watch as I prepare my version and give my thoughts. Although I wasn't particularly keen on this dish as a breakfast item, I can easily envision this as a good brunch or lunch item. This is an easy camping meal that uses shelf stable ingredients.
