Ingredients

Pre Cooked Shrimp

Cucumber

Carrots

Bean sprouts

Spinach

Mint

Sauce

⅓ cup of peanut butter

¼ cup hoisin sauce

2 tbsp sriracha

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp dried onion bits

1 tsp red chili flake

¼ cup water

Rice Paper Wrappers

Directions

1. Grab you some shrimp, season with salt and pepper and cook them for 2 mins on each side till done.

2. Get yourself a rice wrapper and dip it in warm water till wet. Do not keep it in the water just a quick dunk. Then place it on a cutting board where you will assemble.

3. Place your Spinach, chopped carrots, bean sprouts, mint and cucumber. Then follow that up with your shrimp.

4. For the sauce mix up the ingredients above. If you want it more creamy, replace water for milk.

5. Enjoy
