Although the iPhone 13 series only launched in the third quarter of 2021, leaks of the iPhone 14 have appeared to the public. One analyst predicts that the iPhone 14 could carry a 120Hz ProMotion display and 6GB of RAM.


All four new iPhone 14 models will carry a 120 Hz ProMotion display. The company currently has a ProMotion display available on the iPhone Pro model. Both devices like the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini carry a Super Retina XDR display.


Analysts predict that all members of the iPhone 14 series will carry 6 GB of RAM. The Elec previously reported that LG Display had started internal discussions with manufacturer Avaco to acquire Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide manufacturing equipment.


Reports claim that LG Display will develop 120 Hz screens for the entire 2022 iPhone lineup. However, Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants, predicts that refresh rates of up to 120 Hz will be limited to the Pro model.
