Australia, UK, France, Spain, Sweden and South Africa have all introduced compulsory gender pay gap reporting, but New Zealand has not.

Minna Cowper-Coles spoke to Nine to Noon on Radio New Zealand to share key findings and recommendations from our new research, prepared for the United Nations.

The report analyse gender pay gap reporting in these six countries, focusing on accountability mechanisms, and making sure there was transparency built into the reporting process.
