Aura is an open-source methodology put together by Be The Earth to create pathways towards holistic development of women leaders and their surrounding communities from a feminine-centric perspective, from inner growth to interdependent cultural change. In addition to widening access for women to reach decision-making positions, Aura works with the development of holistic and regenerative leadership skills, enhancing women’s capacities to grow new systems that support life on Earth to flourish.
