HOW TO PREPARE: Thoroughly wash(rinse) rice & strain prior to fermenting. Once rice is washed store in a container with 2 parts water one part rice & cover with lid. Allow to ferment 1-2 days. 3 DAYS IS TOO MUCH. (*sidenote: to hault fermentation process you can refrigerate the rice water)

Longer, stronger hair in 3 steps. For maximum results-best to work this treatment into your normal hair regimen and/or weekly. This regimen is good for any hair type not just 4C!
**I recommend you follow up this treatment with a deep conditioner; sometimes I experience a clarifying like dryness on my hair strands after treatment use**

HOW DOES IT WORK?
+ACID: Fermented rice water is acidic therefore it helps to restore and/or balance the pH levels of your hair. Also, rice water contains vitamins B, C, and E, which aid hair growth.
+BLOOD CIRCULATION: One of the best things rice water does for your hair is it enhances blood circulation.
+INOSITOL: Rice water contains inositol which is a carbohydrate that aids in repairing damaged hair.
+AMINO ACIDS: Rice water contains amino acids which-as you know from my previous hair treatment videos-strengthens the hair and can also increase hair volume, and provide lustrous shine.
"Fermenting rice water enhances the existing vitamins and nutrients levels in it, which nourish your hair follicles. Also, during fermentation, a substance called ‘pitera’ forms in the rice water, and it is rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and organic acids. Pitera is known to promote cell regeneration and keep your skin and hair healthy." -www.stylecraze.com
