To start with, you have to wash the plastics thoroughly to whiten and, as much as possible, do it on a very sunny day.
The main material is oxygenated water in cream, 50 vol or more, in case of not having much sun, we can mix the oxygenated water with a cleaner with oxygen, and a brush `to spread the mixture.
