Serial Killaz Recordings are having an astounding year so far, with a series of strong releases across their label. The latest comes in the shape of a fiery EP dubbed ‘Heavy Duty’ from DnB heavyweight Contagion, featuring Blaq.

Hailing from Jersey, DJ and producer Contagion has quickly earnt his stripes across the circuit with his infectious and innovative productions. Taking inspirations from a multitude of genres such as Jungle and Drum and Bass, Contagion has manufactured his own unique sound which as earnt him previous support from the likes of Kool London and Kiss FM, to name a few.

Uniting with Blaq, Contagion offers up a seamless, dynamic showcase of music in perfect time for the summer season. Taking a series of infectious drum patterns, spanning from heavy DnB to nostalgic jungle elements, the multi-faceted producer stylishly fuses them with a selection of ragga-inspired vocal samples to add layers to his carefully crafted productions.

Across four tracks, Contagion and Blaq form an alliance to present their thrilling collaborations in the form of a slick EP project that is testament to their passion and dedication to making music.
