Making passes and kicking asses at Great Lakes Dragaway in Dave's Roadster Shop built turbo '55 Chevy. Loaded with a Wegner Automotive built 408 and Precision Turbo setup strapped to a full custom Roadstershop chassis!

We take Dave's impossibly cool, boosted '55 Chevy to the drag strip to see what it can do. Just across the border into Wisconsin, Great Lakes Dragaway hosted the Chicago Auto Club West for a day of racing, tuning, and rubber melting.

With a fresh set of drag radials, a perfect 1000-hp c100 tune, and all the track time we need - we set out to put this steel-bodied monster down the 1/4 mile strip as fast as we can.
