I discovered this method 2 months ago when I was being lazy and cheap. I was browsing YouTube one day and I came across this video where a girl used a donut bun to curl her hair overnight. I can’t find the original one I saw (it was embedded in a lot of other heatless curl ideas) but I found a cool alternative with the same purpose:    • Overnight HEATLESS Sock Bun Curls Hai...  . I didn’t have a donut bun and didn’t feel like spending $3 on it. I know you can DIY one but… when I’m on vacation, I’m not always going to have a pair of scissors! Also I didn’t love the fact that you had to use a scrunchie with a donut bun because my hair dents way too easily. Anyway, I decided to try using just a sock and this is what I came up with!

It’s a serious game-changer. I feel so put together and it looks like I actually tried when in reality, it only took me 30-45 seconds. I get to focus on just my makeup in the morning, which is great cus I love to snooze. I hope it saves you time too :) This also works out great for when the laundry gnome comes and snatches one of your beloved socks from the back of the washing machine and you’re left with only 1 sock. What’s up with that?!
