Ingredients
Potato julienne cut 1 small
Cabbage 2 cup
Capsicum 1 medium sized
Green chillies 4-5
Chicken julienne cut 1 cup
Egg 1
Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
Besan 1 cup
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Chicken powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Water as desired
Method
Add all the ingredients and mix
Use water to make a thick paste (should not be runny)
Take small portions using a tea spoon and deep fry on medium flame until golden brown.
Strain the oil and dish out
Serve with chilli garlic sauce
