UPDATE: S30 current, patch 2.7.7

This Diablo 3 patch 2.6.1 season 13 necromancer pestilence corpselance build can push GR111+ on the PTR and may become the best necromancer build. It is also a great speed T13 build. Season 12 start date unknown. Gameplay shown in video.
