The Giant Swing, also known as Sao Chingcha, is a religious structure in Bangkok, Thailand. It is a tall, red wooden structure that was originally used in a Brahmin ceremony. The ceremony involved swinging high up in the air, trying to grab a bag of coins placed on one of the pillars. The ceremony was discontinued in 1935 after several fatal accidents.
