Huge shoutout to everyone in the College Football Revamped Community! Join their discord for the NCAA AST Editor seen in this video.   / discord

The photo editing program that I used in this video is GIMP 2 with a DDS Plugin.

Needless to say, you will need the NCAA 14 game on RPCS3. To get the game, dump a PS3 disc to your computer. The emulator is RPCS3 (https://rpcs3.net).

FULL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Download all applications (NCAA AST Editor, GIMP or Photoshop, DDS Plugin). Join the College Football Revamped Discord for the NCAA AST Editor.
2. Navigate to rpcs3-v0.0.15-11954-c1de0bc2_win64\dev_hdd0\disc\BLUS31159-[NCAA Football 14]\PS3_GAME\USRDIR and right click qkl_fe2ig.ast and copy it, then paste it into a backup folder.
3. Open the AST Editor and click file-Open AST and navigate to rpcs3-v0.0.15-11954-c1de0bc2_win64\dev_hdd0\disc\BLUS31159-[NCAA Football 14]\PS3_GAME\USRDIR and select qkl_fe2ig.ast.
4. Click Tools-Load Fe2Ig Descriptions.
5. Scroll down to the jersey that you want to edit by using the descriptions that you just loaded in. When you find the jersey, right click and select extract. I would set up four folders. Extract it into the first folder.
6. CLOSE THE EDITOR, and then re-open it. Open the AST that you extracted into the first folder. Right click the last file and extract it into the second folder. CLOSE THE EDITOR AGAIN.
7. Make your edits. I use GIMP. Export it compressed as DXT5 into the third folder.
8. Open the AST Editor and click File-Open AST. Right click the file in your first folder and copy it. Paste it into the fourth folder. Go back to the first folder and open the AST file.
9. Go to the last file and right click it and select replace. Replace it with the file in the third folder.
10. Click file-save as and save it over the file in the fourth folder. CLOSE THE EDITOR.
11. Open the editor and load the qkl_fe2ig.ast from your backup folder. Scroll down to the file that you extracted to start out with and right click it. Select replace. Navigate to the file in the fourth folder and replace it with that.
12. Click File-Save As and save it in the directory rpcs3-v0.0.15-11954-c1de0bc2_win64\dev_hdd0\disc\BLUS31159-[NCAA Football 14]\PS3_GAME\USRDIR. Save it over the old qkl_fe2ig.ast.
13. Load up in game and enjoy!
