దేశ విభజన సమయంలో పశ్చిమ పాకిస్థాన్ నుంచి జమ్మూకశ్మీర్ కు వలస వచ్చిన శరణార్థులు తొలిసారి ఓటు హక్కు వినియోగించుకోనున్నారు. దీనిపై వారు హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 77 ఏళ్లుగా నిర్లక్ష్యానికి గురైన తమకు మంచి రోజులు వచ్చాయని చెప్పారు. తమకు ఓటు హక్కు కల్పించినందుకు ప్రధాని మోదీకి, హోంమంత్రి అమిత్ షాకు ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు.
