Mercedes-AMG GT is a 2-seater and 2-door sports car from the German company Mercedes-Benz and the Mercedes-AMG division, the successor to the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. The presentation of the car took place on September 9, 2014, the official world premiere for the general public took place in October 2014 at the Paris Motor Show.
There are several modifications of coupes and roadsters. All versions are assembled at the plant in Sindelfingen, Germany.
Optionally, the car is equipped with a biturbo 4.0 liter V8 M178 BlueDIRECT engine, developing two power options: 462 (600 Nm) and 510 hp (650 Nm).
The engine, steering wheel and suspension can be adjusted to suit your driving style. There are several options for this – individual, comfort, race, sport and sport+.
The extreme version in the coupe body of the Mercedes-AMG GT R is equipped with a biturbo 4-liter gasoline engine with direct fuel injection. The power of the power unit is 430 kW (585 hp). Acceleration speed from 0 to 100 km/h is 3.6 seconds. The maximum speed is 318 km/h.

Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series - an exclusive version of the AMG sub-brand, featuring front and rear bumpers, an integrated and fixed wing, extended arches and a large abundance of carbon fiber. At the same time, dynamic performance has also been improved. The total power is 730 hp, the top speed is 325 km/h with electronic limitation and acceleration to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds.
On November 18, 2020, the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series set a record on the Nurburgring (6:43.616 minutes), ahead of the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. The record stood for two years, after which it was also broken in November 2022 by a car from the Mercedes-AMG division, One.
