Why does it take the city such a long time to demo houses gutted by fire, especially on the East Side?

Yet another example is here on Portage Ave in Cleveland's Slavic Village Neighborhood.
5758 Portage Ave is extremely dangerous, and yet, it still sits like this over a month and a half after it was set on fire on August 14th, 2024. (At the time I recorded this footage it had sat for a month)

Why isn't the city holding the owner FAD FLIP LLC out of Beachwood, Ohio accountable?

We need answers from the City of Cleveland as to why we can't get these buildings down in a timely matter. After filing a complaint with the new 311 website and sending an email to building & housing.

Note: Got an update today from Building & Housing, they are going to send an inspector out today Oct 1st, 2024 to look at the property, a full month and a half after the fire.
