This is the comprehensive test of the Müller Energy LiFePO4 12V/300Ah Outdoor/Adventure battery. This beast of a battery (yes, it is heavy) comes with the famous Muller Edition of the 250A JBD BMS, a modified version, which also controls a 5A active balancer. This combination works well and balances these high-capacity cells without problem.
I like the stainless-steel container as well as the feature-rich front with different USB and 12V sockets. We do the outside inspection with all its connectors and features as weel as having a look under the hood. The battery is well designed and built. But can it also score at a 230A, 0.76C, full power discharge test over 1h20min?
We do the heat test, the sniffing test and also a few IR camera flyovers during the high-amp discharge. Are we still seeing the rated capacity, or will the battery just fall short from its 300Ah?
