Today in search of ranchi food we came all the way to shardhanand chowk where we found a unique and portable car van and they were selling the favourite ranchi street food which is dosa , idli , sambhar vada & upma . Here the crowd was waiting for their turn and some were eating with their friend's and family we talked to the owner about the shop and the types of dosa they sell he told that he sell's the cheapest dosa in ranchi and it is very pocket friendly he also told that he was there from 2 year's and people love his dosa and he also add's secret masala which add's more taste , for crunchyness he add's roasted peanut which give's the dosa a little different texture he told he serve's dosa or idli with three thing's red chutney which was his major component , sambhar and nariyal chutney , we asked the owner that what should we taste he told us that he will make for thr first time family dosa which he was making for the first time which was 3 feet long and will be served in two plate's. We watched the whole process of making this huge dosa which is shown in the video . Then our dosa came and believe me it was so huge that one person cannot finish this dosa we asked the owner to cut the dosa in two half then i took one plate it was time for judgment of taste i took one piece in my mouth , guy's it was good and delicious i suggest you to visit this shop.
