► Recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs
70 g sugar, pinch of salt
30 ml vegetable oil
150 ml milk
140 g flour
30 g cocoa
7 g baking powder
Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C
2 egg yolks
30 g sugar, 10 g vanilla sugar
30 g corn starch
300 ml milk
cook until thickened
40g butter
Allow to cool to room temperature
Cut the cake into equal sized circles
Soak the crust with warm milk
Place in the fridge for 1 hour to stabilize the cream
Use the remaining crust and the remaining vanilla pudding
100-120 g chocolate
100 g cream (33%)
Heat to melt the chocolate
Coconut flakes
You can put it in the fridge for now
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate ganache to stabilize.
