During an interview with Squawk Box crew, Ryan Air CEO Micheal O Leary was asked why they don't use AirBus for their fleet. His response was simply, costs. Boeing airplanes are more cheaper than AirBus airplanes.

Plus, it's giving them an edge over their competitors since many AirBus planes are going through an engine issue by Manufacturer Pratt and Whitney.
