How to make a White Lady

Ounce Gin works remarkably well in a White Lady. The orange & vanilla notes from the gin compliment the orange liqueur and citrus within the cocktail. Chin chin!

INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Gin (we used Ounce Gin)
- 30mL Cointreau
- 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 1 x Egg White

HOW TO
1. Dry shake the egg white
2. Add remaining ingredients to the cocktail shaker
3. Shake & double strain into a chilled coupe glass
