India have ended their trophy drought of 11 years after winning the ICC T-20 World Cup Final in Barbados. India under Rohit Sharma was unbeaten throughout the tournament and they outplayed South Africa after a point where the chase was a cakewalk after they just needed 30 off 30 balls. The orchestrators of the comeback were Jaspreet Bumrah, Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav. Surya's catch in the final over was the final nail in the coffin for India as they were able to win the finals by the margin of 7 runs.
