Almond Milk Recipe:    • Low Carb Homemade Almond Milk  

Nutritional information

Approximation
Carbs in almond milk drink :- 2-3 grams per serving that is 1 cup
Carbs in almond ladoos:- 6-7 grams per truffle/ladoo

Ingredients for the Thandai/Almond

½ cup of water
¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk
A pinch of black pepper powder
¼ tsp of green fennel seeds
¼ tsp of ground cardamom seeds
¼ tsp of rosewater
10 - 15 drops of liquid stevia or any sweetener of your choice as per your taste
3 - 4 ice cubes
A few strands of saffron

Ingredients for almond truffles/ladoos

1 cup of blanched ground almonds that were left when we made the almond milk
¼ tsp of ground green cardamom seeds
⅓ cup of heavy cream
⅓ cup of milk powder
3-4 tbsp of truvia or any sweetener of your choice as per your taste
A few strands of saffron mixed with 1 tbsp of milk(optional)
