Some of Kelley Krantz's best friends performed this piece in her memory at the Dupree Dance Convention in Seattle, Feb. 2018. The CDA dancers left their hearts (and tears) on that stage. As a team, we prayed together before taking the stage, and dedicated this dance to Kelley. We like to think she was watching over us as we performed, and we want her (and her family) to know how much we love her.

From the Director of Camano Dance Academy, (Terah Partridge):
"Devastated from the loss of our beautiful dancer Kelley Krantz, we wanted to create a piece dedicated to her memory, and help create awareness about the heartbreaking effects of teen suicide. As a choreographer, I couldn't find music that properly expressed the hole she left in our hearts. After a while, I gave up searching and decided to write a song just for Kelley. After months writing lyrics, composing music, and producing an original track in Kelley's honor, we were finally able to perform this dance at Seattle's Dupree competition. This piece of work has been a labor of love. We will never forget the joy Kelley brought us during the 8 years she danced at Camano Dance Academy. Please share and help create awareness about the devastating effects of teen suicide."
