This recording was sung by 마야 (Maya), who I assume was a famous K-Rock star. Obviously, this song is about the the "Capital Mechanized Infantry Division" aka the "Fierce Tiger Division" which was involved both in the Korean War and Vietnam War and contributed to an alliance called "coalition of the willing", a group that took part in the invasion of Iraq in 2003
