Too bad that the beaches were closed off for surfing, given unfortunate drowning of two children. Praying for their souls and for peace for their parents. Credits to two resorts - Kahel Resort in San Juan and Sagwan Baybay in Bacnotan, highly recommended. Both are drone friendly :)
