Susanta Ghosh, a Kathak dancer began his dance journey at very early age of 4 under the guidance of Smt. Sudipta Chakraborty.
There after he joined “Chhandam Nritya Bharati (Kolkata)” to the most dynamic and far-reaching Kathak maestro Pandit Chitresh Das Ji. Under the guidance of Branch Director Smt. Indrani Mallick Ji.
Later he continued his talim under the able supervision of Guru Sri. Sandip Mallick Ji.
At the very same time he also pursued in-depth advanced training & knowledge by attending the workshops conducted by- Padma Bibhushan Pt. Birju Maharaj Ji, Smt. Saswati Sen Ji, Smt. Sreelekha Mukheerjee Ji, and many others.
He has completed his Visharad from Pracheen kala kendra. He is an empanelled graded artist of Kolkata Doordarshan Kendra, Prasad Bharti 2017.
