Vittal CPCRI release new hybrid variety of Betel nut plants in the year of 2016. It gives a high yield of 4.2kg of chali nut per year, it also gives yield earlier than other varieties. Here we visited Shatamangala Arecanut farm of Sri Venkateshwara sharma, farmer from Ishwaramangala, Puttur taluk.
