I get a lot of questions about day trips, in my opinion, a good day trip is one where you won't waste so much time commuting, and also those places where the night isn't so strong, so... it's great to enjoy the day and return to your home city at the end of the day!

In this case, if you stay in Salvador, the North Coast of Bahia is certainly the best destination for the day trip due to how easy it is to get there!

But stay tuned, not all places are worth it, some are further away from the capital of Bahia and others have such a wonderful nightlife that it's worth at least one night there!

In this video, we show you two excellent options; Jauá and Guarajuba, both beaches are in the city of Camaçari, Metropolitan region of Salvador, the first 45 minutes away, the second 1 hour by car!

There is also public transport easily, both with beautiful beaches great for spending the day, and the night is not so popular, in this case, at the end of the day, you return to Salvador and enjoy the various nightlife options that our capital offers!
