Ingredients:

1 Whole Chicken in serving size
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 medium size carrots
3 medium size potatoes
2 tbsp butter
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic minced
salt and black pepper
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1/2-1 cup pineapple juice depends on the sweetness you like
1 cup all purpose cream or whipping cream
1 bouillon
