I travel with Kirby Ray and Geology Jake to the (Goblin, Squalicorax) fossil shark teeth Mecca of the South...the W.M. Browning Cretaceous Park (Twenty Mile Creek) near Frankstown, Mississippi.

This incredible location never disappoints, with an endless supply of fossil shark's teeth (Goblin, Squalicorax, etc) and even small shark verterbrae, oysters, gastropods, petrified wood, bone, and the occasional Mosasaur tooth (rare).

You will need a sifter, and a shovel, and a few hours to discover these treasures. It is important to find out if the water levels are running high in the creeks of this area before coming. Fast and deep water make this a dangerous and difficult exercise.
