Guess my back is getting better! Been feeling much better although the fitness level has definitely dropped too much. Still trying to be careful not to overstrain the back by bending too much 😅

Winston is a rather aggressive baseliner and forces me to overpower his shots with additional topspin. I couldn’t really focus in the first 3 games and kept hitting the balls out midway through the point. The scoring also had some issues where Winston was 2-1 but the actual score was supposed to be 3-0.

I managed to climb back to 6-3 by focusing on putting the ball back and adding more aggressive topspin as well. Realised I didn’t focus on getting proper angled shots. Ultimately a good one set game and I thoroughly enjoyed myself hitting with an old tennis friend whom I have known for a long time!
