डॉ. भीमराव आंबेडकर उप्र पुलिस अकादमी मुरादाबाद में 16 मार्च 2024 को उप निरीक्षकों की पासिंग आउट परेड हुई। इसमें मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ बतौर मुख्य अतिथि शामिल हुए थे। परेड के बाद ग्राउंड पर बेटे को पाकर उनके माता-पिता, भाई सभी भाव विह्वल थे। मां अपने लाल को गले लगा रही थीं। वहीं, पिता और भाई भी फूले नहीं समा रहे थे। परिवारजन के लिए ये वक्त गौरव की अनुभूति कराने वाला था, जो कल्पना से भी परे लग रहा था। खाकी पहने और कंधे पर दो चमकते गोल्ड जैसे दो सितारे देख माता-पिता और भाई व अन्य परिजन खुश से लबरेज थे।
--- पुलिस अकादमी में दीक्षांत परेड के बाद अपनी मां, भाई और पत्नी को पाकर पवन कुमार बेहद भावुक थे। खुशी से परिवार फूल नहीं समा रहा था। पवन ने बताया, वह अलीगढ़ से हैं। शाहजहांपुर में नियुक्ति मिली है। बताया कि दरोगा बनने से पहले पिता की मृत्यु हो गई थी। मां ने उन्हें बड़ी मुसीबत झेलकर पढ़ाया और वह इस मुकाम पर पहुंचे हैं। पवन दो भाई में बड़े हैं। इनकी पत्नी रिंकी केंद्र सरकार की कर्मचारी हैं। मां बेटे के दरोगा बनने पर कहती हैं कि इसने हमारा सपना पूरा कर दिया।
--- अकादमी ग्राउंड पर महाराजगंज के दरोगा बने कैलाश जायसवाल को देखे उनके माता-पिता हर्षित हो रहे थे। कैलाश का एक छोटा भाई भी है। ये 2020 में गाजीपुर में कांस्टेबल थे। अब मऊ में नियुक्ति मिली है।

His parents and brothers were all emotional after finding their son on the ground after the parade. Mother was hugging her son. At the same time, father and brother were also very happy. This time was a time of pride for the family members, which seemed beyond imagination. Wearing khaki and seeing two shining gold stars on their shoulders, parents, brothers and other family members were filled with joy.

Pawan is the elder of the two brothers. His wife Rinki is a central government employee. On her son becoming Inspector, the #mother says that this has fulfilled her dream.
