Acura TL 2003 AC was not blowing at all; it was completely dead. I could not hear any blowing sound coming out of the vents. After researching online and the little knowledge I have about cars, I determined that the blower Resistor was bad, and after replacing it, that did not resolve my issue. I replaced the Blower Motor, and the AC started working. It is advisable when replacing the blower motor; you replace the Resistor too.
