This is my 2 week update, eating unrestricted on the carnivore diet. I stopped counting calories after 6 years of tracking daily. I am currently eating a HIGH FAT moderate protein carnivore diet. going from eating 180-200g of protein to eating moderate protein HIGH FAT.
This is what works for me and makes me feel good. I am an advocate for whatever works for you, do it!
