Today I'm going to walk you through how to locate and grease the zerk fittings on your Can Am Outlander or Renegade. Save yourself a couple hundred bucks by completing this easy task as well as following along the maintenance schedule series of videos I'm putting together. There is 18 grease fittings total: 8 front suspension upper/lower arm bushings, 2 front sway bar bushings, 4 rear sway bar bushings, 2 rear swing arm bushings, and 2 rear propeller shaft joints under the ATV. The factory manual recommends this be done at 1,000 miles or 50 hours (500 miles / 25 hours severe riding conditions). However, this maintenance task should be done frequently depending on riding conditions and maybe even after every wash or when the ATV is submerged in water. I'll be using the Bravex Pistol Grip Grease Gun with 18" flexible hose along with Amsoil Synthetic Water-Resistant Grease.
