It’s ‘seaweed ramyun’ we made on SBS Delicious Rendezvous, Haenam episode.
It’s pretty easy to make. All you need is seaweed!

Seaweed ramyun

[Ingredients]

5 sheets of seaweed
1 cup (180g) water
2 tbsp (20g) soy sauce
2 tbsp (20g) brown sugar
1 Jin Ramyun (mild flavor)
1 tbsp (10g) sesame seeds
3 tbsp (20g) perilla oil
1/3 cups (30g) green onions
2 (14g) Cheongyang peppers

[Directions]

1. Roast seaweed in a dry pan and crush to pieces.
2. Finely chop green onions and Cheongyang peppers.
3. Grind sesame seeds in a mortar.
4. Put water, seasoning powder, solid seasoning, soy sauce, and sugar in a pot and bring to boil.
5. When the sauce boils, cool it down.
6. Cook the ramyun noodles, rinse, and drain.
7. Put perilla oil in a bowl and put the noodles in.
8. Top with crushed seaweed and ground sesame seeds.
9. Pour over the cold sauce to taste.
10. Finish with Cheongyang peppers and green onions.
