Due to its TECHNICAL Nature, this video "IS NOT MADE FOR KIDS"

Camera: Mobile Smartphone with 4 Times Zoom Camera

Here in this video, Video 3 I filmed at Flinders Street Station, Melbourne, Australia, platform 10, on Saturday, September 14, 2024, we see both a 6 - car Siemens Suburban Electric Train, and a 6 - car VLocity DMU Train, as they run respective Scheduled Revenue Services.
The Suburban Electric Train was running a Scheduled Revenue Service from either Werribee or Williamstown to Frankston, via North Melbourne Station and Southern Cross Station. This is the train we see approaching from Southern Cross Station, then to its stop at platform 8.
The second part of the video shows the VLocity DMU Train, as it departs platform 7, enroute to Southern Cross Station platform 15 or 16, from its origin of either the InterUrban Train Terminus of Traralgon, or InterCity Train Terminus of Bairnsdale, in eastern Victoria.
For decades, these trains to/from eastern Victoria would use platform 1, before a decision was made, in the 1990s, to run these trains to/from then Spencer Street Station platforms 13 & 14, and Flinders Street Station platform 10. Upon completion of Regional Rail Link west and platforms 15 & 16 at Southern Cross Station, these eastern Victoria trains mainly use platform 10, but, are known to use platforms 6 - 9. May this video be of use, interest, etc, to those who see it.
