Ingredients: -
1. Ripe Palm Fruit
2. Sugar
3. Bananas
4. All-Purpose Flour/Maida
5. Semolina/Suji
6. Grated Coconut
7. Milk
8. Refined Oil

How to make Taler Bora at home : -
1. At first take a palm fruit, remove the top part with a knife and peel properly.
2. After peeling cut off the top with a knife and separate the 3 seeds.
3. Take a big bowl and a small bowl with some water in it.
4. Place a wheat strainer on top of the big bowl.
5. Then dip the seed in the water and scrub on the wheat strainer to extract the pulp.
6. Now take a big bowl and add 1 cup sugar, 2-3 bananas.
7. Mash the bananas and mix with sugar with a masher.
8. After that place a strainer on top of the bowl.
9. Add 2 cups all-purpose flour/Maida, 1 cup semolina/suji and strain properly so there are no lumps in it.
10. Then add 1 cup grated coconut, 1.5 cups palm fruit pulp and mix well to make a batter for the fritters.
11. After mixing add 1/2 cup milk and beat well to make it a little light.
12. Cover and let it rest for 10 mins so the suji absorbs the milk and swells up.
13. After 10 mins heat up refined oil in a kadai and beat the batter well.
14. When the oil heats up turn the flame to low and add the fritters.
15. Fry them on low flame for about 4-5 mins each time till golden brown on all sides evenly.
16. After 4-5 mins Bengali Taler Bora is ready to serve.
